By downloading, installing, or using the Tempo app, published by Dashspace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

3.1 Account Creation

To use Tempo, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You can sign up via:

• Apple Sign In
• Google Sign In

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Available Plans

Tempo offers a free version with limited features and premium subscriptions with full access.

4.2 Billing

• •Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
• •Renewal is automatic unless cancelled
• •Prices are displayed including taxes in the app

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

5. Acceptable Use

By using Tempo, you agree to:

7. Intellectual Property

The Tempo app, its design, features, code, and content are the exclusive property of Dashspace and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, comments). By submitting content, you grant Dashspace a license to use it within the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dashspace strives to provide quality service but does not guarantee:

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
