Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your Tempo account and all associated data. This action is irreversible.
Deletion Process
- 1Log in to the Tempo app
- 2Go to Settings > Account
- 3Click on "Delete my account"
- 4Confirm your request
You can also request deletion by email at contact@dashspace.space
Data Deleted
The following data will be permanently deleted:
- Profile information (name, email, photo)
- Workout and nutrition data
- Progress photos
- Synchronized health data
- Message history with your coach
Data Temporarily Retained
Some data may be retained for legal reasons:
- •Billing data: 10 years (French legal requirement)
- •Security logs: 1 year maximum
Deletion Timeline
Your request will be processed within 30 days in compliance with GDPR. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
